The goal was to give buyers a fully immersive experience, just as they have when purchasing resale properties. That vision laid the foundation for Vesta Rendering.
With over 3,000 successfully captured listings in the resale market, Michael leveraged this creative vision to develop comprehensive solutions for every stage of real estate content and marketing.

Brad Jaycock is a seasoned expert with over 25 years of experience in marketing, sales, and digital interactive solutions, specializing in architectural visualization. His career has been dedicated to transforming how real estate developers, agencies, and investors present and market their projects.
As a former Vice President at a pioneering real estate marketing and sales technology firm, Brad has played a pivotal role in advancing industry-leading visualization strategies. He has collaborated with top real estate developers and agencies across North America, as well as international projects in the Caribbean and Dubai.
Brad’s portfolio includes work with esteemed clients such as Marriott Vacation Club, Hilton Grand Vacations, Minto, Toll Brothers, Pulte/Del Webb, KB Home, Centex Homes, Emaar Properties, DAMAC Properties, and Brookfield Homes. His expertise lies in bridging the gap between technology and real estate, crafting immersive visual narratives that drive engagement and sales.
VESTA Rendering was created by a team with a diverse set of skills; from 3D rendering and real estate media production to graphic design, marketing, and advertising. With backgrounds in engineering, media, and award-winning content writing, our team came together to produce one thing: the ultimate in residential development marketing.

Media Team
Our media division, Viral Real Estate, is an industry leader in the GTHA area and has helped sell over 3,000 homes. The Viral team has its finger on the pulse of the real estate industry and knows how to showcase a product and make it sell.
